Our project consist in a semi automatic serigraphy machine.
This project is desingned to print clothes and brasalets, but reducing the normal time that have a normal serigraphy machine. we want to make a lighter, useful and transportable machine that print things faster and in easy mode.
Our machine has 2 systems, the pre-drying process and the up and down mesh buttons.
- The pre drying process was made with a hair dryer conected to a pipeline that has little holes that shoot the hot air in the brasalets or the object you print. This mecanims is controled with a turn and off button.
- The Up and Down mesh is made with a Big DC Motor and the movements of this, are controled with the Up and Down buttons.
The system dosent has a very difficult mechanism, is very simple but it is very useful and dont have much problems to transport or to print. Me and my team think that the principal objetive is completed.
